SCC Office of Human Relations and Human Relations Commission

The Office of Human Relations works to foster positive human relations and promotes social equity and the human rights of all County residents through research, inclusion, community building and conflict resolution.

The Human Relations Commission advises the Board of Supervisors on matters that foster mutual respect and understanding among the residents of Santa Clara County and that address incidents of prejudice and discrimination because of race, religion, national origin, cultural background, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
